We pay
for: · pathology, such as checking blood and urine samples · radiology, such as X-rays · diagnostic tests such as electrocardiograms (ECGs), if recommended by your specialist to help diagnose or assess your condition when you are in hospital. We also pay for treatment provided by therapists (such as physiotherapy) and complementary therapists (such as acupuncturists) if it is needed as part of your treatment in hospital, as long as this treatment is not the primary reason for your hospital stay. |
