TRAVEL ASSISTANCE COVER
Previous provisions
- Insurance scope and period of cover: This insurance cover is valid throughout the world and in Spain, outside of the insured's province of primary residence, with the exception of those covers which expressly have exclusive validity abroad. Its period of cover is linked to accident insurance.
- Validity: To receive covered benefits the insured's address must be in Spain, the insured must reside in Spain and his or her time out of said primary residence must not exceed 60 days per trip.

4. Early return of the insured in case of a fire or a claim at his or her residence
If, during a trip while the insured is away from his or her habitual residence, a claim of such severity should take place that the insured's residence is rendered uninhabitable, the insurer shall provide the insured with a train or aeroplane ticket to return to his or her residence.
The insurer will also provide the same type of ticket, (aeroplane or train) in order to return the insured to the location they were at when the accident took place, if necessary.
