TRAVEL ASSISTANCE COVER
Previous provisions
- Insurance scope and period of cover: This insurance cover is valid throughout the world and in Spain, outside of the insured's province of primary residence, with the exception of those covers which expressly have exclusive validity abroad. Its period of cover is linked to accident insurance.
- Validity: To receive covered benefits the insured's address must be in Spain, the insured must reside in Spain and his or her time out of said primary residence must not exceed 60 days per trip.

3. Early return of the insured due to the death of a family member
If, during a voyage, the insured's spouse, first-degree ascendant or descendent relative, brother or sister should die in Spain, and in the event that the insured cannot change his or her ticket for the transportation used for the trip, or the return ticket, the insurer shall bear the cost of the transportation to the burial location of the family member in Spain, and when necessary, the expense of a return ticket to the insured individual's location when the event took place, if the trip must be continued for travel or personal reasons.
