TRAVEL ASSISTANCE COVER
Previous provisions
- Insurance scope and period of cover: This insurance cover is valid throughout the world and in Spain, outside of the insured's province of primary residence, with the exception of those covers which expressly have exclusive validity abroad. Its period of cover is linked to accident insurance.
- Validity: To receive covered benefits the insured's address must be in Spain, the insured must reside in Spain and his or her time out of said primary residence must not exceed 60 days per trip.
Included covers
12. Sending and / or forwarding forgotten and / or stolen objects during travel abroad
The insurer will arrange for and bear the costs of forwarding to the residence any items the insured may have forgotten in the place or places where he or she was during the trip.
This cover extends to any objects which were stolen and subsequently recovered during a trip.
Likewise, the insurer will send the insured those objects (in accordance with the country's current legislation) that may be considered essential which the insured may have forgotten in his or her residence when beginning the trip, as long as said objects are difficult or expensive to replace where the insured is travelling.
In all of the cases indicated in this cover, the insurer will only organise the shipment, and bear the cost up to a maximum amount of 200 euros.
