AIG Europe lanza “APAP Protector” un nuevo seguro de
responsabilidad de las Autoridades y personal al servicio de
Administraciones Públicas
AIG Europe anuncia el lanzamiento de su nuevo producto APAP
Protector, que ofrece protección a las autoridades y personal al
servicio de las administraciones públicas ante reclamaciones de
responsabilidad. AIG Europe es miembro de American International
Group Inc. (AIG). APAP Protector es una póliza especialmente
diseñada para el entorno legal español en el cual las
autoridades o personal de la administración pública (ya sean
funcionarios, empleados, cargos electos o cargos políticos) se
les puede reclamar indemnizaciones de daños y perjuicios por
razón de su cargo, por parte de ciudadanos o entidades, por la
propia Administración o incluso por compañeros. |
